    Toaster review

Our team of independent reviewers has reviewed most of the toasters on the market today!

Firstly, when reviewing and deciding on a toaster, the cost should not be an indicator on whether the toaster is reliable in its toasting abilities. Most people will quite happily pay for elegant styling and big LED displays, but some of these pricier toasters do not do the job of toasting effectively. It is also important when testing a toaster not to base your initial impression on its first use, as most toasters take a few uses before getting to their optimal toasting ability.

Our toaster review team have provided you with a few solid pieces of advice when considering which toaster to use:
What do you want to toast.

Many of the newer models have long wide opening that can cater for ciabatta breaj and even some have bagel apparatuses. Some even have the ability to toast muffins but most often, people just either want a stock standard bread toaster.

How many sides do you want toasted.

Some people are only interested in toasting a single side of the bread, so you would need to look for a bagel setting for this. The bagel setting allows the toaster to heat up just one side, so effectively allowing for toasting of a single side.

How big is your kitchen counter.

It is quite obvious that the larger 4 slice toasters will take up more space, but many of them are fairly hefty and bulkier. Make sure that you measure the counter space or cupboard where you intend storing the toaster.

    Toaster styling and cost.

Although many experts agree that white toasters show their age faster than chrome or colored toasters, the problem is that chrome or polished stainless steel toasters are more likely to show scratches and fingerprints. Make sure that you also are not effectively paying solely for the styling and aesthetics, as you want the toaster to be functionally operational.

    Toaster safety features.

An important point to consider if you have young children is when the toaster has stay-cool sides, as well as cord storage and a bread lift.

    Removable crumb trays.

The removable crumb trays are much more convenient and easier to clean than hinged trays. The best crumb trays are also dishwasher-safe.

These are only some of the items that we consider when we undertake our toaster reviews, as many other factors come into play.

We hope that this site provides you with some information in terms of which toaster to choose..
    Happy toasting!
